Job Description
- Plan / strategize activities in order to strenghten the relations among employees as well as between employer and employee
- Support the implementation of the Company's Industrial Relations and Employee Relations policies and procedures which meet with the company's business goals
- Assist in facilitating any collaborative problem solving strategies to resolve employee relations' issue through effective communication with all levels of employees and to implement employee relations activities which will lead to a more efficient and motivated workforce
- Investigate and organize domestic inquiry proceedings
- Act as middle person between the Company and Trade Union
Job Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management, Law or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Excellent Interpersonal skill, good knowledge in Employment Act, Industrial Relation Act, Event Management, MS Office.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in U1/8 Shah Alam.
- Preferably executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
