Requirements
- A Master’s degree in the field of entrepreneurship/ education / training and development / business management with a minimum of 10 years working experience.
- Proven experience preferably in managing the entrepreneurship learning and development training programs and projects gained either in the public or private sector.
- A working knowledge of prevailing learning trends and emergent practices, and a track record of innovating in the area of learning and development.
- Demonstrable negotiation skills, including excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop effective working relationships both internally and externally.
- Ability to lead and manage the execution of training and development programs nationwide with other relevant partners across agencies.
- Excellent skills in project management, presentation and IT.
- Possess high standards of professionalism and integrity.
